Dr. Banks created Banks Consulting Inc. (BCI) after thirty-seven years as an engineer in the disciplines of electrical, network, system, communication, telecommunication and information assurance. He has a very unique understanding of the importance of a layered approach that has redundancy in the above disciplines and the demand levied upon organizations in the protection of personally identifiable information (PII) data.
He understands all organization must comply to constitutional, common law, and statutory restriction of the fourth amendment, federal Electronic Communication Privacy Act (ECPA), Privacy Act of 1974 that all organizations must comply with in ecommerce for businesses and organizations. DoD, IC and Federal governing polices is paramount in how an organization conduct and/or manage their organizations. He has conducted several analytical approaches in the making of decisions, accomplishing mission as well as determining if cloud technology is the solution needed for a move forward methodology. BCI has multiple levels of professionals to provide the best methodology needed to conduct all its clients' effort. The colleagues on BCI's staff always apply an intense educated effort with a thorough research to assess and designed the most appropriate level of effort needed for each of its organizations efforts.
